OR fly directly to Leon Guanajuato (CODE BJX) via Dallas/Fort Worth, TX (DFW) according to bookit and cheaptickets the price from Boston will range about 650-700 USD R/T This airport is a smaller one very close to San Miguel de Allende if you don't want to take a road ride from Mexico City, and fly closer to SMA. Once in San Miguel de Allende (SMA) we can tour the Town were our traditional Mexican cooking teacher will guide us through the Town showing us the local farmers markets choosing the fresh ingredients for the day class... the classes will range from simple appetizers to Mexican gourmet dishes for 3 full days... At the end of class we will be able to have a taste to savour the dishes made in class.... Note that we won't have transportation once in Town, since everything is really walking distance or we will be taking the local trolley to the market so please bring comfortable shoes due to the Towns beautiful cobblestone old fashion streets, which are beautiful but hard on hills.... Local taxis are about 2 USD to take you if you find it hard to walk, or get tired... After class every day we will be able to tour this famous colonial Town... Leaving Sunday morning very early to Mexico City or Leon to catch your flight back home. All the hotel choices are on the same area and the Town which is really all walk away to everything so there won't be a problem for every one to stay at different places, it will actually be fun, so you can see more of this magic Town. About meals, my experience is that everyone likes to try different things while on vacation, and to avoid expensive charges and differences because some people likes more expensive foods and drinks than others, I like to leave this to your choice, I will of course suggest restaurants and places to go such the chocolate place in San Miguel de Allende mmmm, but if you don't like chocolate, why will you need to have this into your bill... so to avoid this, meals are on the side (you pay your own.).
