My user name comes from childhood vacations. My grandparents owned a log cabin on the side of a mountain in the Catskill range. We'd go up there twice a summer. My brother and I would play in the woods, or the river, or climb a mountain, come back to the cabin and take a swim in the pool, then sit on the deck and play cards or read while watching the deer come out into the meadow. My name is Mike. I am really laid back. In fact I find doing a lot of shit just to have fun sort of counter productive. I tend to enjoy and appreciate the little things a lot more than the big stuff I guess. I think part of the reason why that is is because I have social anxiety, which means being around large groups of people generally makes me pretty uncomfortable. Among my friends I'm usually noted as the "religious" one. Which I honestly find offensive. Yes I have Beliefs and Faith, But I hate the term religious.. it reminds me of the mass of ignorant bible thumping morons that I have met through out my life. I like Christianity I just don't like many Christians...

I am a creative type, with interests that include art, cooking, reading, and travel. However, I am also practical and knew how to protect myself from the economic downturn that has actually been going on for years. i am in school studying Early Childhood Education and absolutely loving it. i am a ski teacher at sugarloaf on the weekends for little guys and it is the best thing in the whole world. i love to ski, swim and be outside. i also really enjoy taking pictures and working in a dark room, and doing crafts. i have only a few best friends that i love to be with, although most are far away we still talk all the time. i am kinda shy at first but then really outgoing and can get loud and have lots of fun once i feel comfortable. I bet my friends would call me dorky sometimes but thats just me i guess.

I am 24, I am very easy going and live a drama free life style. I don't play games, and feel that I am easy to talk to. I love going out but really love staying in if the company is good. Sometimes I feel like a kid in an adults body, I am funny. (or at least i think i am) and enjoy/love film.
